Why is there no Add To Cart button on the item I want to buy?

That's because a lot of other people wanted to buy it and it's temporarily out of stock. Re-stocking times vary so contact us to see when the item you want will be back in stock.

Can I pick up my order?

We are located in Port Macquarie NSW and we welcome pickups by appointment. Please contact us  via the contact us page or call Chris on 0414274045

What kind of payment options do you have?

We have enough options to please most people.

1. Paypal for Credit Cards and Bank Transfers

2. Credit cards via Stripe

3. Bank deposit directly to our bank account

How long until I get my order?

Your order will normally ship either the same day or within 1 buisness day from cleared payment. From there it takes approximately 2 - 8 working days to get to most Australian addresses with Australia Post.

Please note the APPROXIMATE delivery times with Australia Post from Port Macquarie NSW to you.

**NSW, ACT, Vic & *QLD approximately 2-5 WORKING days. 

**SA, NT, WA, Tas and *Far North QLD approximately 4-8 WORKING days.

**For some REMOTE Australian Country Locations it can sometimes take Australia Post up to 10 WORKING days to deliver the parcel.

Do you keep credit card details?

No. All credit card processing is done via Paypal and Stripe encrypted secure servers, we never at any stage have access to your credit card details.

Do you sell email addresses?

No. We value our own personal information as much as you value yours. Your email address and other details you submit when creating an account with us will not be sold, leased or otherwise distributed to third parties other than as a result of a Court Order.
