Shipping/Postage Costs in Australia

Shiping/Postage costs are based on order value and are as follows:

$0.00 to $34.99 is $8.00 Postage

$35.00 to $49.99 is $10.00 Postage

$50.00 to $99.99 is $12.00 Postage

$100.00+ is FREE POSTAGE

Some special items are FREE POSTAGE and you will see the "FREE SHIPPING/POSTAGE" picture in the listing

Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders placed by 2pm week days in most cases will be posted to you the same day

We use Australia Post eparcel service for all our deliveries.

We are based in Port Macquarie and we are OUT SIDE of the express post network. The express post network only operates between the Capital cities and selected regional centres close to the Capital cities.

Please note the APPROXIMATE delivery times with Australia Post from Port Macquarie NSW to you.

**NSW, ACT, Vic & *QLD approximately 2-5 WORKING days.

**SA, NT, WA, Tas and *Far North QLD approximately 4-8 WORKING days.

**For some REMOTE Australian Country Locations it can sometimes take Australia Post up to 10 WORKING days to deliver the parcel

 Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and name and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the item/s.

You may return new, undamaged unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if they are in the same condition as sent to you. We'll will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will NOT pay return costs for change of mind

You will receive your refund promptly after we receive the returned items in the same condition that we shipped them to you.
